Bodyweight Trainer Plus Intermediate

The Bodyweight Trainer Plus Intermediate program is ideal for regular exercisers and those that have completed the beginner program successfully.  In the intermediate program, the intensity is increased and exercises varied. You get continued access to a variety of resources such as information packed articles and literature, detailed video tutorials, a done for you workout program, dietary recommendations, assessments and reassessment and much more so that upon completion you have the ability to properly stabilize your body and mobilize your body.  Now that you know how to stabilize and mobilize properly, we start to really work on more complex forms of exercise and movement to help increase metabolism and lose weight, increase lean muscle mass, improve posture and range of motion and greatly improve energy and endurance.
